Ordering & Delivery
Flintwood Farms is pleased to offer a well developed line of quality annual color for the landscape professional. Ordering and scheduling delivery is as easy as picking up the phone.
Ordering
To be sure that we can deliver on your schedule, please place your order one week in advance of your preferred delivery date. We accept orders on a daily basis. If you have a special situation arise, call us, we’ll do our best for you.
Pre-Booking
We encourage you to book your order as soon as possible. Each season we book our crop months in advance. If your company is looking for guaranteed availability once the planting season starts, this is the best way for you to beat the rush. We know that ordering your material months before you plant sounds nearly impossible, but we can help you develop a plan to schedule your order.
Delivery
There is a 100 flat minimum for deliveries. The delivery fee is usually $50.00 for deliveries in the Metro Atlanta area. Please note that rates are subject to change. There are scheduled fees for delivery to Birmingham, Huntsville and Montgomery, Alabama and Greenville, South Carolina. Please contact your sales representative to discuss those rates.
It is best to schedule deliveries as soon as you know of your plant needs to guarantee timely delivery. We remain on call for extended hours during the planting season to meet your needs.
Plant Availability
Once deliveries are in progress we will post availability on-line, via email, and can also fax directly to your office if you prefer. Please let us know what method of notification is best for you.
Order Pick Up
Pick up hours:
7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Saturday
For faster service, place your order at least 24 hours in advance.
