Petunias - Wave Purple Improved
Wave petunias are one of the most successful plant brands ever introduced and have the highest standard for petunia landscape performance. Vibrant purple hot pink flowers are massed on low growing, heat tolerant plants that spread 3-4 feet. The purple improved blooms earlier with larger flowers that fill the center of the plant. Place this incredible petunia in Full Sun for best performance. Also note, once well established, the Wave Purple Improved is a low water user.
Growth Characteristics:
Spectacular low growing, spreading habit with masses of flowers along the entire length of each branch. Blooms freely season long and stands up to both heat and cool temperatures.
Care & Maintenance:
This series is easy to flower and produces high impact plants with minimal maintenance requirements. Feed on a regular basis.
Low Water Requirement:
After this plant is well established, it has a lower than average water requirement. A good layer of mulch will also help reduce water needs.
