Allium
Millenium
Allium Millenium is the 2018 Perennial Plant of the Year! With great attributes like being pollinator friendly, deer and rabbit resistant not to mention the beauty and texture added to the landscape, who could resist this wonderful perennial.
Millenium, yes spelled with one "n", is easy to grow in a wide range of soils and moisture levels. It even grows well in our clay soil but we still recommend a few amendments for best performance. Place in a spot with a little afternoon shade in our hot summers to prevent scorching.
