Heliopsis Burning Hearts is a native seed variety that produces golden yellow flowers with a red eye, sometimes called Oxeye Sunflowers. The foliage is a dark mahogany with dark stems. Plants will reach up to 4 feet and are best placed as a backdrop for perennial borders.

Care & Maintenance:
To keep your plants at a more moderate height and encourage more blooming, cut the plants back about in half around mid May.
