French Tarragon is not an especially attractive herb in the garden but it packs a punch in the kitchen. Essential for sauces, salads, soups, fish, poultry, and don't forget that steak. We must have Tarragon for Bearnaise sauce!

Plant in well amended soil as excellent drainage is paramount. Tarragon prefers to run on the dry side, placed in full sun.
