Digitalis
Foxy
Digitalis Foxy, also referred to as Foxglove, is a biennial plant that blooms on the second year spikes but WOW, as you can see it's worth the wait.
Foxy will display blooms in colors from creamy whites to mauve and pink tones with the classic spotted throats on bell shaped flowers that are clustered on spikes. You will find Foxy to be fast growing in full to partial sun conditions. The plant itself reaches about 12 inches tall and wide while the bloom spikes top out around 3 feet.
Use in perennial borders, cottage gardens or as a thriller accent in large containers. Blooms are late spring to mid summer.
Another great feature of Foxy is the wonderful performance as a cut flower. Bring the spring indoors with this beauty and enjoy the detail close up.
