Stachys Helen von Stein is the largest of the Lamb's Ears with its silvery-grey foliage that make you want to touch it every time you pass by. This variety takes the heat well but will benefit from a little afternoon shade in our Southern Region. Use this great plant for color contrast and texture in your perennial gardens or mixed containers. Also works well for live wreaths.
